RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a 14 day return and exchange policy.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to hygienic reasons we can only accept returns on unused items with the seal still intact and the packaging in perfect condition.

Please send your returns to

Please include a note in your return stating that you want a return and your order number.

Returns postage is to be covered by the customer, we highly recommend sending returns via tracked delivery as we are not responsible for missing packages and can not issue a refund if items go missing. Once we receive your returned item/s they will be checked, and if the item has been used/opened/seal broken or the packaging is not in perfect condition your return will be rejected and we will send the item/s back to you.

Refunds if accepted, will be processed within 7 workings days of receiving goods. 

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty/damaged goods, please email support@glamluxecosmetics.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order and we will get this exchanged or refunded for you.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please get in touch by emailing us at support@glamluxecosmetics.co.uk if you would like to exchange your item. So that we can check availability on the item you would like to exchange for.
