Placing orders for goods
In order to shop on this website simply, select the product you would like to purchase, and click 'add to bag'. When you have completed shopping, click on the bag icon and click 'checkout' and follow the instructions to checkout and complete your order. After you have submitted your order, if accepted, a confirmation page will appear on your screen and your order number will be provided. You will also receive a confirmation email shortly after, if this has not been received within 48 hours after you have placed your order please contact us at glamluxecosmetics.co.uk
You acknowledge that all goods purchased under these terms are for personal, non-commercial use only and will not be re-sold. You acknowledge that all GlamLuxeCosmetics products purchased under these terms are not for re-sale, for commercial use or use by governments or educational purposes. 
GlamLuxeCosmetics reserves the right to restrict the quantity amount of products which can be purchased in one order or during a period of time, or per person, or per address.
GlamLuxeCosmetics will not be liable to you for loss or any third party suffers for a delay or failure to process your order or deliver goods if the information you have provided is incorrect or incomplete.
You may order from GlamLuxeCosmetics if you are aged 16 or over and have an active email account or phone number at which you can be contacted.
If you place consecutive or separate orders, we cannot consolidate your orders. A separate delivery fee will apply to each order.
GlamLuxeCosmetics reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at any given time with no prior warning. If you order gets rejected you will receive a refund of any money paid.

Price and payment
Prices exclude delivery costs, which will automatically be added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due, when you view your shopping basket/cart/bag and have chosen your preferred delivery method. We reserve the right to change our product prices and cost of delivery at any time for any reason with no prior warning, changes will not affect orders of which we have already sent you despatch confirmation. 
Payment for all orders must be paid in full by either debit/credit card, PayPal, Apple pay, Google pay on the checkout page. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. Please note it is possible your card issuer may charge you an online handling or processing fee. We re not responsible for this.

Delivery of goods
Royal mail 1st class ( usually 1-2 working days) - £3.50

Royal mail 2nd class ( usually 2-3 working days) - £2.50

Please be aware once your parcel has been dispatched, postal delays are out of our control. We will not be held liable for parcels that are late and delivered outside of the suggested time frame

Make sure your personal details are correct as we are not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete details.
Once your parcel has been dispatched address changes are not possible.

Currently we do not offer delivery internationally.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 14 day return policy.

Due to hygienic reasons we will only accept returns on unused/unopened items with the seal still intact and the packaging in perfect condition.

Please include a note in your return stating that you want a return and your order number.

Returns postage is to be covered by you the customer, we highly recommend sending returns via tracked delivery as we are not responsible and will not be held liable for missing packages and will not issue a refund on items that go missing. Once we receive your returned item/s they will be checked, and if the item has been used/opened/seal broken or the packaging is not in perfect condition your return will be rejected and we will send the item/s back to you.

Refunds if accepted will be processed within 7 workings days of receiving goods. 

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty/damaged goods, please email support@glamluxecosmetics.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order and we will get this exchanged or refunded for you.
